Quotes and approvals
Prices shown on this website are estimates until Cloudy Sites reviews the request and provides a final quote, project scope, and payment link. Work begins after the client approves the quote and completes the required payment.
Payments
Initial setup fees and monthly managed hosting fees may be collected through Stripe or another approved payment provider. Monthly service fees apply once the website is ready to be placed online.
Project content
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, logos, images, text, account access, and approvals needed to complete the website. Delays in providing materials may affect timelines.
Managed hosting
Managed hosting may include website hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, monitoring, technical maintenance, and email support as described in the selected plan or final agreement.
Revisions and changes
Reasonable revisions may be included based on the agreed project scope. Additional pages, features, integrations, or custom functionality may require a revised quote.
Service changes
Cloudy Sites may update these terms as services evolve. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means the updated terms apply.
